Norms win again

5/24 - The Norms built up an 11 run lead early and then had to come from behind late to defeat the Dirty Dozen. 3B Lance Wuollet singled in the go ahead run in the bottom of the 6th and the Norms held on in the 7th and escaped with a one run victory, 21-20. SS Craig Parucci continued his hot hitting, going 4 for 5 with 6 RBI. Newly signed Bruce Werner smacked a homerun in his first Norms at bat of the season and drove in 3 runs in the game. OF Ryan McCausland had 3 hits and 3 RBI. The Norms built an 11 run lead in the 4th inning, but the Dirty Dozen fought back to take the lead at 20-17 before the Norms rallied in the 6th for their second straight win to climb to 2-4 on the season. The Norms are back in action with a doubleheader next week.
